Abdominal Fat

Blame mother nature for our ease at aquiring abdominal fat.

When you have an excess of calories they are going to get stored as fat. The most likely places for storage are around the waist area.

Men tend to store fat first around the gut and women around the hips. This is simply how our bodies are designed because it is simply easier to carry extra weight in these areas.

And that is the whole point. Your body is trying to conserve energy.

The answer is really simple. I didn't say easy to do, just simple.

You need to exercise. You need to burn more calories by being active. You need to slash the bad, high carbohydrate meals.

Eat more protein. Don't be afraid to pick up some weights and build a little muscle. Women particularly are afraid they are going to look all muscle bound.

Trust me. This will not happen. Pick up the weights and start exercising and that abdominal fat will begin to go away.

It is that simple. Not easy, but simple.

You must simply decide to not be a victim of your own laziness anymore.
